Salad with Pork Leg, Olives, and Garlic
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 2 pieces
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Vinegar essence 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Paprika to taste
- Pitted olives 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pickles 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the pork legs and place them in a pot with cold water. Bring to a boil and add salt. Cook the legs until the meat easily separates from the bones. Transfer the legs to a plate and let cool.
Step 2
Remove the meat from the legs and cut it into thin strips.
Step 3
Chop the garlic and mix it with vinegar and oil.
Step 4
Arrange the meat on a serving plate and drizzle with the dressing. Sprinkle with black pepper and garnish with sliced olives and finely chopped pickles.
