
Salad with Plums and Feta

Description
The ingredients of this salad do not necessarily need to be mixed — you can simply serve everything on a large platter, and each person can take their own portion.
Ingredients
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Plums 5 oz
- Chard 0 oz
- Corn Salad 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the plums in half, then into quarters, carefully removing the pits. Slice the feta cheese into pieces about one centimeter thick.
Step 2
Chop the walnuts in a blender, or even better, by hand in a mortar. Mix them with olive oil, a spoonful of honey, and lemon juice. Then season the dressing with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 3
On a large plate, arrange all the salad leaves, slices of feta cheese, and halved plums without mixing. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
