Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 10 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Carefully lower the eggs into the water and cook for 13 minutes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken breast until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook on the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Pat the cooked chicken breast dry with paper towels and let it cool. Slice into small pieces.
Step 5
Slice the pineapples into pieces, just like the chicken.
Step 6
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 7
Cool the eggs under running water, peel them, and grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 8
Mix the chicken, pineapple, eggs, cheese, and corn.
Step 9
Dress the salad with mayonnaise, season with salt to taste, and mix well.

Serve at the festive table.
