Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Champignons 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Curry ½ spoons
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Place the chicken breast in cold water. Add a bay leaf and allspice, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Cover the pot with foil, turn off the heat, and let the chicken breast rest for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms.
Step 5
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it becomes translucent.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms and sauté over high heat until golden brown.
Step 7
Dice the pineapples.
Step 8
Cut the cooked chicken breast into cubes of the same size.
Step 9
Combine the chicken, mushrooms with onions, and pineapple. Dress with mayonnaise mixed with curry. Season with salt to taste and stir well.
