Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
  • Arugula to taste
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Marinated cherries 3 pieces
  • Pineapple 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken breast.

Step 2

Cut into medium pieces, slightly sauté without oil (2 minutes) over medium heat.

Step 3

Cut 1.5–2 rings of pineapple, remove the skin, and dice.

Step 4

Place everything on a plate and sprinkle with arugula.

Step 5

Add pepper.

Step 6

Drizzle with soy sauce (IMPORTANT! Don't overdo it, it's always better to add more later).
