Ingredients
- Pak choi salad 1 head
- Lemon 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Lime 1 piece
- Dates 6 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine lemon juice, lime juice, dates, ginger, olive oil, and soy sauce.
Step 2
Slice the pak choi leaves into thin strips. Grate the carrot.
Step 3
Pour half of the marinade over the pak choi and carrot and mix well. Add more marinade if desired.
