Salad with Pears, Goat Cheese, and Honey-Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- Conference Pear 1 piece
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Cashew 5 oz
- Corn Salad 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Linden Honey 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them with a paper towel, and place them on a plate.
Step 2
Cut the pear lengthwise into 4 pieces, slice each piece into 1.5-2 mm thick slices, and add to the corn lettuce.
Step 3
Slice the goat cheese (preferably firm) into thin petals of 1.5-2 cm and place on top, then sprinkle with halved cashews.
Step 4
For the dressing, mix one tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of mustard and olive oil – you may need more oil if the honey is too thick.
