Ingredients
- Poultry 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar 6 tablespoons
- Oranges 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces and bake it in foil with spices.
Step 2
Cut half of the orange into random pieces, and squeeze the juice from the other half into a bowl. Add olive oil, basil, and salt to the bowl.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-rings and marinate it in vinegar for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix all the ingredients and dress with the orange sauce.
