Salad with Omelette and Chicken
Ingredients
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage to create thin strips. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater (I use a grater for Korean-style carrots) and add it to the cabbage.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into strips, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the garlic (chopped coarsely), onion (sliced into half rings), add ketchup, soy sauce or water - to taste - and simmer until cooked. Once cooled, add to the cabbage.
Step 3
Mix the eggs and mayonnaise, adding seasoning to taste. Pour this mixture into a well-heated frying pan and fry an omelette pancake. Cool this pancake, roll it up, and cut into strips across. Add to the cabbage.
Step 4
Dress everything with mayonnaise.

The proportions of all ingredients are approximate. I do everything 'by eye'.
