Description

For added juiciness, you can definitely add canned corn to the salad, but it still turns out to be a delicious and excellent option for dinner without it.

Ingredients

  • Napa Cabbage 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Cucumbers 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet in a pot or steam it in a multicooker. You can also fry it, but that will be more calorie-dense.

Step 2

Cut the Napa cabbage and cucumber into thin strips.

Step 3

Crack the eggs and whisk them until smooth, then pour a little of the egg mixture into a hot skillet to fry egg pancakes. You will get three pancakes, each 20 cm in diameter.

Step 4

Let the pancakes cool slightly and cut them into strips, just like the vegetables, and add them to the salad bowl.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients, add salt and spices (pepper, dried garlic, and other seasonings as desired), a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, and mix everything thoroughly. Usually, the freshness of the cucumber and cabbage is sufficient, so a lot of mayonnaise is not required.
