- Green lettuce 5 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
- Champignon Mushrooms 5 oz
- Pine nuts 0 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the champignon mushrooms and sauté them in sunflower oil with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Let cool. Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4
Garnish with 2 halves of cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
