Salad with Mozzarella, Tuna, and Green Beans
Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Melted Cheese 10 oz
- Canned tuna in its own juice 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Pitted olives 0 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Parsley 2 stems
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the green beans to boiling salted water and cook for 7-10 minutes. Then immediately transfer to cold water to cool. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Break the tuna into small pieces with a fork. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix them with the green beans, olives, mozzarella balls, salad greens, and tuna.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley and chili pepper (without seeds). Mix with all remaining ingredients for the dressing. Dress the salad, gently toss, and serve.
