Ingredients

  • Arugula 5 oz
  • Swiss chard leaves 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Grapefruits 1 piece
  • Avocado ⅓ piece
  • Apple ½ piece
  • Fresh Mint 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Spanish onions 0 oz
  • Narshehab sauce 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onion. Peel the grapefruit and chop it, squeezing juice from half of it. Place the onion, half of the peeled apple, and 1/3 of the avocado into a blender, add the juice of 1 lemon and the prepared grapefruit juice, oil, a pinch of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, a bit of narsharab sauce, and mint leaves, then blend.

Step 2

On a plate, arrange the mixture of salad leaves and drizzle with the resulting dressing, place slices of grapefruit on top and season with pepper. Drizzle with narsharab.
