In addition to pomegranate sauce, you can also use pomegranate seeds in this salad. They provide an additional color and flavor effect.
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Mixed salad greens 1 piece
- Lemon ½ piece
- Grapefruits 1 piece
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the mixed salad greens into a bowl.
Step 2
Combine the mint leaves, sugar, juice of one lemon, three-quarters of the olive oil reserved for this salad, pomegranate sauce, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend into a green paste. Finely chop the red onion and mix it with the grapefruit pieces and mint sauce.
Step 3
Mix the resulting dressing with the salad leaves, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
