  • Shallot 1 piece
  • Watercress 2 bunches
  • Spanish onions ½ head
  • Mandarins 4 pieces
  • Blue Cheese 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, and chopped shallot. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the watercress and thinly sliced onion. Add the dressing and mix well.
