Description
Salad with mandarins and olives
Ingredients
- Mandarins 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Kalamata olives 5 oz
- Ground Cumin ½ spoons
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Paprika ¼ spoons
- Cayenne Pepper 0,1 teaspoons
- Eel 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the mandarins and remove the membranes between the segments (this can be done with a sharp knife, taking care not to damage the flesh too much, or by hand if the fruit is easy to peel). Place the naked segments in a wide bowl.
Step 2
Slice the olives (making sure to pit them first) in half and add them to the mandarins.
Step 3
Whisk the vinegar, oil, cumin, and paprika together in a separate bowl until smooth. Add the resulting dressing to the bowl.
Step 4
Tear the washed and dried lettuce into small pieces and arrange it on four plates. Top with mandarins and olives, then sprinkle the salad with chopped parsley.
