Ingredients
- Horse heart 5 oz
- Kale 0 oz
- Pears 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season a piece of horse heart with salt and pepper, then sear it on all sides in a well-heated skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side. After that, cover with a lid for a couple of minutes to allow the steak to warm through inside.
Step 2
In the same skillet, sauté the kale for one minute. Then season it with Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.
Step 3
Place the kale on a plate and sprinkle it with a little salt. Slice the heart into pieces about 5 mm thick and arrange them beside the kale. Top with very thinly sliced pear. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
