Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Turmeric a pinch
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Knead the dough from the ingredients for the noodles and 150 ml of water, roll into a ball.

Step 2

Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Then roll out into a thin sheet and dry slightly.

Step 4

Cut the sheet into 2 halves and wrap it around a rolling pin, cut through the middle with a knife, dividing the dough into parts, stack them on top of each other and cut again into two parts.

Step 5

Do the same with the second half of the dough.

Step 6

From these parts, cut strips 1 cm wide.

Step 7

Place on a floured surface, shake the noodles and let them dry a little.

Step 8

Boil the noodles in boiling salted water, drain in a colander, rinse.

Step 9

Cut the chicken fillet into strips, season with salt, pepper, and turmeric, and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

Step 10

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry the chicken for about 5 minutes, stirring.

Step 11

Add minced garlic and sliced bell peppers.

Step 12

Cook everything for about 11–15 minutes until the peppers become soft.

Step 13

Mix the cooked chicken with vegetables and noodles, add chopped cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 14

Serve hot, cold, or warm.
