Salad with Ham, Cheese, and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Red Canned Beans 1 can
- Ham 10 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the liquid from the beans and place them in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and add them to the salad bowl with the beans.
Step 3
Cut the ham into thin strips (not too long).
Step 4
Grate the carrot and cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion.
Step 5
Sauté the onion with the carrot in vegetable oil. Let it cool.
Step 6
Once the onion and carrot have cooled, add them to the salad bowl and mix everything with mayonnaise.
