Description

It's best to use different varieties of tomatoes for this salad, as it will look more beautiful.

  • Halloumi Cheese 5 oz
  • Sage 2 sprigs
  • Tomatoes 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • White Balsamic Cream to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

In a blender, combine hot vegetable oil, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Strain through cheesecloth without squeezing to avoid sediment. The finished green oil can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
