Description

For kids who don't like salads, there's plenty to pick out from this plate and eat separately. The principle of preparation here is not a mix, but the coexistence of individual, whole ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Potato 15 oz
  • Hot smoked pink salmon 5 oz
  • Chinese green beans 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Then, brush the slices with vegetable oil and place them in an oven preheated to 355°F for ten minutes.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard (seven minutes after the water starts boiling is the perfect result). Break the salmon into large fillet pieces. Cook the beans in salted water until tender (about five to six minutes), then immediately cool them to stop the cooking process and preserve their color.

Step 3

On the plates, arrange the potatoes, green beans, salmon, and halved eggs. Serve a small bowl of low-fat sour cream mixed with chopped dill as a sauce.
