  • Lime Juice ½ cup

  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Chili paste 1 teaspoon
  • Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Arugula 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the apples and mix them with 2 tablespoons of lime juice in a large bowl to prevent browning. Add the green onion.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the remaining lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, and chili paste.

Step 3
