Ingredients
- Tofu 5 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce 0 oz
- White Part of Leek 0 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into cubes about 1.5 cm on each side.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Step 4
Transfer the fried tofu to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Step 5
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden.
Step 6
Cut the iceberg lettuce into large strips.
Step 7
Cut the carrot and leek into thin strips.
Step 8
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds until the sugar dissolves.
Step 9
Add the tofu and prepared vegetables to this bowl.
Step 10
Serve the salad garnished with cilantro leaves.
