
Salad with Fried Potatoes

Description
Instead of meat, you can use ham or tomatoes; cherry tomatoes are a good option for those who prefer them. Mixing mayonnaise 1:1 with sour cream will make it less caloric.
Ingredients
- Meat 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Start boiling the meat.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and grate them using a Korean grater (or cut into thin strips). Rinse under running water to remove excess starch and dry on paper towels.
Step 3
Fry the dried potatoes in batches the size of a handful in hot oil until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon onto paper towels to drain excess oil.
Step 4
Take a large plate and place the diced tomatoes on it.
Step 5
Mix mayonnaise with grated garlic and cover the tomatoes with this mixture.
Step 6
Next, add a layer of boiled meat cut into strips. Spread mayonnaise over the meat.
Step 7
Then add grated cheese, more mayonnaise, and top with the fried potatoes.
Step 8
Let the salad sit for 30-40 minutes (you can refrigerate it) before serving.
