Salad with Fried Mushrooms and Chicken
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 30 oz
- Champignons 20 oz
- Onion 10 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Merlot Grapes 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Submerge the chicken breast in boiling salted water, bring it back to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms to the onions and sauté, stirring, until all the moisture has evaporated from the mushrooms.
Step 7
Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
Step 8
Cut the cooked chicken into pieces and shred it.
Step 9
Chop the walnuts coarsely.
Step 10
Mix all the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise and season with salt if needed.
Step 11
Serve the salad at the festive table.
