Salad with Fried Cheese
Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Avocado ½ piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Pitted olives 10 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend 200 g of olives, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a little vinegar, and a clove of garlic.
Step 2
Place the salad greens on a plate, season with pepper, and add the blended mixture.
Step 3
Chop the vegetables and cheese. Use suluguni, or Adyghe cheese, or halloumi.
Step 4
Drizzle the grill pan with olive oil and quickly fry the cheese.
Step 5
Also fry the avocado.
Step 6
Arrange the vegetables, cheese, and remaining olives on the salad greens.
Step 7
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with pepper.
