- Leek 1 piece
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the leek into thin rings and sauté in olive oil until soft and lightly golden.

Add soy sauce to the leek and simmer for a couple more minutes.
Step 3
