Ingredients
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Egg noodles for wok 10 oz
- Scallions 4 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
- Cilantro 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Lime 1 piece
- Brown Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the green beans into small diagonal pieces and boil in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Then rinse under cold water and dry well.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let sit for 30 seconds, then quickly rinse under cold water. Dry well, transfer to a bowl, and add the green beans.
Step 3
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they change color.
Step 4
In the bowl with the noodles, add the shrimp, diagonally sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, finely chopped chili, and bean sprouts.
Step 5
In a jar, mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Close the lid and shake well.
Step 6
Drizzle the salad with the dressing and mix well.
