Salad with Egg, Cherry Tomatoes, and Green Onions
Salads • World
Description
If the child is under 2 years old, chop everything even finer to prevent choking. It is advisable to avoid pepper and salt, so try not to give it to the child for as long as possible; the salad is tasty as it is. The onion can be harsh on the stomach and is a matter of preference. You can blanch it in boiling water to reduce its sharpness. You can also add other fresh herbs. Chop finely to ensure the little one doesn't choke! It's better to use higher-quality eggs to ensure the yolk is bright yellow. The tomatoes mentioned are from Morocco: sweeter than regular cherry tomatoes. Use 20% sour cream, as the tomatoes provide the tanginess here. Just in case, the brands I used are visible in the photo.
