- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 0 oz
- Green Peas 4 tablespoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the salad, take smoked sausage, garlic-flavored croutons (other types can be used), canned green peas, a fresh cucumber, mayonnaise, and salt.
Step 2
Remove the casing from the sausage and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
If the croutons are too long, break them into smaller pieces.
Step 4
Wash the cucumber, cut it lengthwise into four parts, and slice it thinly across.
Step 5
Combine the sausage, croutons, peas, and cucumber.
