Salad with crepes, turkey, and pineapple
Ingredients
- Pancakes 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Allspice berries 3 pieces
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Pineapple 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Curry 1½ spoons
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Place the turkey breast in cold water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add a bay leaf, allspice, and salt. Simmer the turkey on low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the pineapple into large cubes and slice the celery.
Step 5
Chop the parsley. Mix it with mayonnaise and curry.
Step 6
Cut the pancakes into diamond shapes.
Step 7
Remove the cooked turkey from the water, let it cool, and cut it into 2 cm cubes.
Step 8
In a salad bowl, combine the turkey, pancakes, pineapple, celery, and corn.

Add the mayonnaise dressing and season with salt to taste.

Serve the salad chilled with pancakes.
