  • Beef 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 10 pieces
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Salad mix "Eats" 1 head
  • Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Khmeli-suneli to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the beef into small pieces and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Fry briefly — the meat should be juicy and slightly undercooked.

Step 2

Remove the meat from the pan and let it cool.

Step 3

Pour the oil left from the meat into a saucepan, add butter, vegetable oil, wine, khmeli-suneli, honey, and tomato paste. Make the sauce over low heat.

Step 4

Slice the meat into thin strips.

Step 5

Boil the eggs hard. Cut them into large pieces.

Step 6

Combine the salad leaves, chopped cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers (all in large pieces), eggs, and meat. Season with salt and pepper, add basil, and pour over the sauce.
