Salad with Chicken Gizzards and Carrots
Ingredients
- Chicken gizzards 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the gizzards, cool them down, and cut into strips (I boil the gizzards in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes, and in a regular pot for about an hour and a half).
Step 2
Chop the hard-boiled eggs into strips.
Step 3
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater (a Korean grater works well).
Step 4
Slice the onion into rings.
Step 5
Mix in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Let the salad sit for about 20-30 minutes.
