- Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 20 pieces
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Radish 1 tablespoon
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Cranberry 1 tablespoon
