Ingredients
- Arugula 0 oz
- Swiss chard leaves 0 oz
- Spinach 0 oz
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 12 pieces
- Garlic 2 pieces
- Red Caviar 1½ tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Sesame ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash and dry the greens. Arrange them on a plate.
Step 2
Do the same with the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Peel the garlic.
Step 4
Press it through a garlic press into a deep bowl.
Step 5
Add the mustard.
Step 6
Then add the grainy mustard.
Step 7
Add the olive oil.
Step 8
Pour in the balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
Step 9
Add the cherry tomatoes to the greens.
Step 10
Dress with the prepared sauce.
Step 11
Add the caviar.
Step 12
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
