Description

The salad can be dressed with mayonnaise, but it is also very tasty and healthy without it!

Ingredients

  • Canned Corn ½ can
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Green onion tops 1 bunch
  • Rye Bread 10 oz
  • Beans in tomato sauce ½ can

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the bread into cubes and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 300°F.

Step 2

Cut the ham and pepper into small cubes.

Step 3

Add half a can of corn and beans.

Step 4

Finely chop the green onion tops and mix them into the salad.

Step 5

Add the croutons last, just before serving, otherwise they will become soggy.
