Salad with Beans and Canned Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Chinese green beans 20 oz
  • Baking Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1 head
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 5 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil with pepper and salt.

Step 2

Remove seeds from the bell pepper and add it to the onion and garlic mixture. Add the green beans. Pour in the wine and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3

Boil the eggs hard and chop them.

Step 4

Combine the sautéed vegetables with the eggs. Add the canned cherry tomatoes and chopped herbs.
