
Salad with Apples, Carrots, Eggs, and Cheese

Description
A very feminine salad. It's great to serve it by forming individual portions in special molds.
Ingredients
- Onion 3 heads
- Apple 4 pieces
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and slice the onion into thin rings. Blanch it.
Step 2
Peel 3–5 apples and grate them on a fine grater (I believe a food processor would be a great helper here) :-) The more apples, the juicier the salad.
Step 3
Peel the carrots and also grate them finely.
Step 4
Boil the eggs (hard-boiled!) and chop them finely.
Step 5
Grate the cheese.
Step 6
Layer the ingredients generously drizzling each layer with mayonnaise: blanched onion, apples, carrots, eggs, cheese, and garnish with herbs on top.
Step 7
Serve like a cake as an appetizer.
