Description
Salad of oranges, tomatoes, and celery
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Oranges 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Celery salt 6 stalks
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 0 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the celery stalks into small cubes, after peeling off the tough outer skin.
Step 2
Peel the oranges and separate them into segments. For better flavor, you can also remove the slightly bitter membrane from the segments, so that it doesn't impart bitterness and the orange juice can freely mix with other juices and oils.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into wedges that are roughly the same shape as orange slices.
Step 4
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 5
Place all the vegetables and herbs in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine.
Step 6
Let the salad sit for about ten minutes before serving.
