- Shallot 1 head
- Balsamic Vinegar ¼ cup
- Honey 2 teaspoons
- Apple 1 piece
- Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Greens 30 oz
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds 1 cup

Step 1
Heat the oil in a small skillet, add the shallot, and sauté for 4 minutes or until the onion is soft.

Remove from heat and mix with balsamic vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
