Ingredients
- Chives 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the chives, rinse thoroughly, place in boiling salted water, blanch until tender, then drain and cool.
Step 2
After that, transfer the chives to a plate and sprinkle with cilantro and parsley.
Step 3
Serve vinegar and minced garlic separately.
