Ingredients
- Prunes 5 oz
- Mandarins 5 oz
- Apple 5 oz
- Celery stalk 0 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the prunes, cover them with water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let cool in the liquid. Cut into wedges.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into thick strips about 2–3 mm wide.
Step 3
Separate the mandarins into segments and cut the large segments into smaller pieces. Slice the celery into thin strips.
Step 4
Mix all the prepared fruits with mayonnaise and sour cream, adding salt and powdered sugar to taste.
