  • Walnuts 3 pieces
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Thyme to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the lightly salted salmon fillet into small pieces and marinate for 12 to 15 minutes. For the marinade, mix olive oil with lemon juice and finely grated lemon zest. Add rosemary, basil, thyme, salt, sugar, and pepper.

Wash, dry, and tear the salad leaves.
