Ingredients
- Porcini Mushrooms 10 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- Mixed salad greens 5 qt
- Aged gouda cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms and place them in a bowl. Add 45 ml of olive oil and 1.25 g each of salt and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping once, until soft and golden brown. Let cool.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the vinegar, mustard, 1.25 g of salt, 2 pinches of pepper, and the remaining 75 ml of olive oil. Add the mushrooms, greens, and grated gouda. Gently toss everything together and serve.
