Ingredients
- Eggplants 5 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Onion 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
This salad is a complement to shashlik. It is recommended to start preparing it when you are waiting for the coals for the shashlik. Place a grill on the barbecue; in its absence, you can skewer the vegetables.
Step 2
Place the eggplants, tomatoes, and bell pepper on the grill and roast them on all sides until the skin starts to crack. Once cooked, peel the eggplants and cut them into large wedges. Do the same with the tomatoes and bell pepper.
Step 3
Arrange everything on a plate, then slice the onion (into rings) and chop the herbs (finely). Mix everything together and add seasonings to taste.
