Ingredients

  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Cucumber 1 piece
  • Seaweed 10 oz
  • Bell pepper 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the carrot, cucumber, and bell pepper into strips.

Step 2

Slice the onion into rings, or into half rings if large.

Step 3

Mix the olive oil and mustard, add salt, pepper, and vinegar if the seaweed is not sufficiently pickled, and stir. The dressing for the salad is ready.

Step 4

Combine all the ingredients, dress, mix, and let it sit for about 2 hours. Garnish with herbs before serving.
