Description

You can use either frozen or fresh raspberries for the salad. You can also vary different types of lettuce depending on your taste preferences.

Ingredients

  • Corn Cobs 0 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
  • Marinated cherries 7 pieces
  • Canned White Asparagus 5 oz
  • Green Butter 4 stalks
  • Raspberry leaves 10 pieces
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Malt Vinegar ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the corn cobs into several pieces.

Step 2

Slice the mushrooms thinly and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Cut large pieces of asparagus into smaller parts.

Step 4

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Step 5

Mix olive oil and wine vinegar for the dressing.

Step 6

Arrange all the prepared ingredients on washed and dried lettuce leaves. Top with raspberries. Dress with the sauce and serve.
