Ingredients

  • Lamb's Quarters 5 oz
  • Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the dried lamb's quarters in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain in a sieve and transfer to a pot.

Step 2

Add a little water, add salt, and simmer until cooked.

Step 3

Drain the cooked lamb's quarters in a sieve, cool, and then finely chop.

Step 4

Finely chop the onion.

Step 5

Sauté in vegetable oil, cool, and mix with the lamb's quarters.

Step 6

Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
