Description
Can be served as a separate salad or as a filling in Armenian lavash.
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill 1 bunch
- Curry to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet and champignon mushrooms, then chop them very finely.
Step 2
Sauté for about 7 minutes in a skillet with vegetable oil, then reduce the heat and add garlic and spices. Keep on the heat for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer everything to a salad bowl, let it cool, add the chopped pickled cucumbers, finely chopped dill, and mix with mayonnaise.
