- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Shallot 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Ground Caraway 1 teaspoon
- Chives 0 oz
- Rye Bread 8 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a food processor, combine the camembert, mascarpone, sour cream, and caraway seeds, then add the black pepper and finely chopped shallot. Mix well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 430°F.

Cut the bread into triangles and spread softened butter on one side, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet, buttered side up, and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
